Retirement Webinars 

Members considering retirement in 2026, were invited to join CTPF for a retirement webinar in March. These webinars provided retirement information, including a general overview of the process and a synopsis of retiree health insurance offerings. CTPF’s goal is to help you understand the process and prepare for a smooth transition into retirement.

Retirement Application

The Retirement Application can be accessed online using the member self-service portal (myCTPF). Click here for a list of required documents and forms that must be included with the application. Read through the form, start collecting your required documentation, and make a list of questions you need answered.

Submit Forms Electronically 

For efficient processing, CTPF encourages members to send retirement applications, forms, and documents by fax at 312-641-7185 or email an attachment (.pdf or .jpg format) to imaging@ctpf.org. After documents are sent via fax or email, please mail the originals to CTPF. You can also call or email Member Services to request a retirement counseling appointment.
