Seminar logistics for 425 Conference Center:  All attendees must be preregistered for this event and have a photo ID to clear security before being admitted to the 3rd floor conference center.

Please allow extra time for the security measures in this building.

Parking Information

Valet Parking ($15) Wells Public Parking Garage (425 S. Wells Street)

Discounted valet parking ($15) has been negotiated with Wells Public Parking Garage, at 425 S. Wells Street, between West Van Buren and West Congress Parkway. This garage is directly across from the seminar location and can be accessed from either Wells St. or Financial Place. Print your confirmation email to qualify for the $15 discount available only to CTPF members.

Self Park ($17) Legacy Parking Garage (425 S. Financial Place)

Additional discounted parking is available at the Legacy Parking Garage, located at 425 South Financial Place. Enter on South Financial Place, between West Van Buren and West Congress Parkway. Parking is available on the 2nd and 3rd levels of this garage. Once parked, take the elevator up to the 1st level of the garage where you will be greeted by CTPF personnel who will direct you to the event space. Bring your parking ticket with you to the seminar. You will be able to purchase discounted parking passes for $17. Please note, payment MUST be by check. Cash and credit cards are not accepted for parking.
