Employer Reporting System (ERS) Training  

Starting in 2023, CTPF discontinued one training for all employers. To better assist employers and address their school specific inquiries and needs, they can sign up for a 1-on-1 training session. CTPF monitors new users added to the system to proactively provide1-on-1 training sessions throughout the entire year. For those more established ERS users, CTPF will offer 1-on-1 refresher sessions. Invitations for these sessions will be sent out around the beginning of each fiscal year.

Annual Pay Calendar Setup 

Like ERS training, CTPF Staff provides the ability for employers to set up their annual pay calendar during a 1-on-1 session. Invitations for these sessions will be sent out to the employers in May.
