Annuitants who have health insurance coverage from another source between January 1- December 31, 2021, can apply for a premium subsidy. The deadline for Applications is August 31, each year, but in 2022 there is a grace period. CTPF will accept applications through September 16, 2022. Applications postmarked after September 16, 2022, will not qualify for a 2021 rebate.
