Members who do not participate in CTPF health insurance plans can apply for a rebate of their premium payments, payable annually. The mailing with the information needed to submit a rebate application was sent to eligible members on Friday, February 19, 2021.
The Health Insurance Department will begin payment of the 2020 rebates in late May/early June. Applications are being reviewed in order of receipt. CTPF is attempting to process as many rebate payments as possible in the first payout.
The last day to submit documentation for 2020 health insurance rebates (January 1-December 31, 2020), is August 31, 2021. Email Member Services, Memberservices@ctpf.org, or call 312.641.4464 with questions about the subsidy or application.
