Open Enrollment Seminar

Registration REQUIRED for the seminar. Registration will open 
September 23, 2026. Call CTPF Member Services at 312-641-4464 to 
register. Vendors will be available at the seminar and free parking is 
available. 
OPEN ENROLLMENT MATERIALS 
CTPF and its vendors should be your primary information source for Open 
Enrollment. The 2027 Open Enrollment Handbook will be posted online and mailed 
mid-September. All Health Insurance rates, recorded webinars, and presentation 
materials will be available on-demand following the presentations. 
PREMIUM SUBSIDY & CONTINUATION OF COVERAGE 
The CTPF health insurance subsidy is set annually and will be 55% for 2027. 
All Plans offered in 2026 will be offered in 2027. If you currently have 
coverage under a CTPF plan, you do not need to take any action to 
stay enrolled.  
The 2027 Open Enrollment Period for health insurance will 
run from October 1 – 31, 2026. During this period, annuitants 
can enroll, add a dependent, or change a health insurance 
plan or carrier. The 2027 Open Enrollment Handbooks, 
Webinars, and presentation materials will be posted online at 
ctpf.org/open-enrollment.
OPEN ENROLLMENT EDUCATION 
CTPF will offer educational programs in-person, as well as webinars with dial-in 
options, this fall. Counseling appointments with Member Services counselors 
are also available in person, by phone, or videoconference.

VENDOR EDUCATION WEEK 
Plan vendors will offer webinars with information about their individual plans 
October 5-9, 2026. All plan vendors will also be available to answer questions at the 
October 6, 2026, seminar at the Hilton Oak Lawn. Find additional information and
