The Whistleblower Reporting Hotline was established in accordance with the Whistleblower Act (740 ILCS 174/15) and the State Officials and Employee Ethics Act (5 ILCS 430/15-10).

The purpose of the hotline is to report possible fraud, financial issues, ethics and compliance, discrimination, harassment, safety, privacy and security, human resources issues, misconduct, unlawful, unethical or other types of improper behavior, either by CTPF or by a company engaged with CTPF. There are many categories and types of whistleblower complaints. Download the Whistleblower Reporting sample list.

The hotline is available for CTPF members, employees, and other parties who engage with CTPF.

Concerned individuals may also contact CTPF’s Internal Audit Director, Ms. Adriane McCoy to report a whistleblower complaint.
