Two Webinars will be offered on April 7, 2020


Based on public health guidance to limit gatherings due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, CTPF will NOT be holding in-person Retirement Seminars at 425 S. Financial Place. We will be conducting the April 7, 2020, retirement seminars by webinar. 

The webinars will cover the CTPF retirement process and will feature a live Q and A period for general questions.

Individual Questions

During the Coronavirus pandemic, CTPF has implementing work-from-home protocols for our staff. Counselors are available to answer individual questions about retirement and health insurance and to help you complete your retirement application. Members should contact CTPF via phone and email. Counseling will also be available by video chat.

Questions may also be sent to memberservices@ctpf.org and are answered within 48 hours whenever possible. Our retirement resources page has additional retirement information.

Retirement Forms

Please return your retirement application upon completion. We will not process your retirement until we receive confirmation from your employer. Sending in your forms helps ensure that they will be processed and ready when we receive notice from your employer. In order to avoid mail delays, we encourage you to send forms directly via email to imaging@ctpf.org or to fax your forms to 312-641-7185.
