Congratulations to CTPF’s Chief Investment Officer Angela Miller-May who received the 2019 Accelerate Investors Trailblazer Award along with fellow recipient Rodrigo Garcia, Deputy Treasurer and CIO at Illinois State Treasury.

The award is given to thought leaders, advocates, and strategic partners who are accelerating diversity within institutional investment management and support access to capital for diverse-led funds. 

Accelerate Investors was founded by Betty Salanic, the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. Accelerate Investors’ goals include developing a supportive network of diverse professionals within institutional investment management; creating educational programming, promoting access to capital for diverse-led investment firms, and to be a strategic partner to asset allocators.
