Members planning to visit the Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund (CTPF) should be aware of the following holiday hours:
- December 24, 2019, CTPF office will close at 3:00 p.m.
- December 25, 2019, CTPF office closed
- December 31, 2019, CTPF office will close at 3:00 p.m.
- January 1, 2020, CTPF office closed
Normal office hours will resume on January 2, 2020, at 8:00 a.m.
If you are planning to meet with a Member Services Counselor, please schedule an appointment, available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Contact Member Services at 312-641-4464 or memberservices@ctpf.org to set up an appointment.

Visiting CTPF
Planning a visit to the Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund (CTPF) to meet with a Member Services Counselor? Members who plan to visit CTPF for an appointment or public meeting should call Member Services at 312.641.4464 or memberservices@ctpf.org and ask to be added to the visitor list for the day.
Security
Members visiting CTPF must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to the building’s security team before being admitted to office. Please plan extra time to clear security.
