CTPF Launches New Website

The completely redesigned website, ctpf.org, features a cleaner, more comprehensive layout, creating a better user experience for all audiences
News

The Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund (CTPF) launched a completely redesigned website at www.ctpf.org. This newly redesigned website offers quick and easy access to essential information, and offers a more intuitive user experience. The new website has a clean, uncluttered design, improved functionality and navigation, and enhanced, updated content.

“We are excited to offer our members this new and improved website, which will enhance the user experience and allow our members to easily and quickly locate forms and information. All of the content has been overhauled to provide richer information,” said Charles A. Burbridge, CTPF Executive Director. “Our Trustees made this project a priority for the organization, and the collective CTPF staff committed considerable time and resources to the effort. This work, spearheaded by our Communications Department, involved countless hours from every department in our organization. The design and content were driven by feedback from our stakeholders who took the time to share their opinions through surveys and focus groups, and we appreciate that critical input. Our launch today reflects a team effort that we all take great pride in, and we know that going forward we will continue to improve and expand on this good work.”

Website users will find immediate, easy access to information for key audiences: active teachers, retired teachers, and employers. A newsfeed feature highlights current news and announcements, and an easy-to-navigate library of CTPF forms and publications puts everything at users’ fingertips. All users will find specific information tailored to them, including a media resources page and events calendar, as well as ADA-compliant features and the option to translate content into several different languages.

The new CTPF website is mobile optimized, so all site content is easily readable and accessible from mobile phones and tablets. Following this initial launch, the site will continue to be populated with new, updated, and/or expanded content.
