2019 Health Insurance Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2019 CTPF health insurance plans runs from October 1-31, 2018. During this time, eligible CTPF members can join a plan for the first time or change plans. CTPF will offer seminars and webinars with information about plan choices, changes, and costs. Changes made during Open Enrollment become effective January 1, 2019.

2019 Health Insurance Handbook

The 2019 Health Insurance Handbook offers an overview of plans and costs. CTPF will mail Open Enrollment materials the week of September 17, 2018, and all members should receive their 2019 Health Insurance Handbook by October 1, 2018. The Handbook will also be available online by September 7, 2018.

Webinars & Seminars

CTPF offers webinars and seminars which provide an overview of 2019 health plan choices, changes, and costs, and include question and answer sessions following the presentations.

Registration for all webinars begins Friday, August 31, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. Webinars will be held:

Non-Medicare plans: Tuesday, October 2, 2018, 10:00 a.m.
Medicare plans: Thursday, October 4, 2018, 10:00 a.m.

Registration for all seminars begins on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. Seminars will be held:

Tuesday, October 9, 2018
Harold Washington Library
9:00 a.m.: Medicare Plans
1:00 p.m.: Non-Medicare Plans

Thursday, October 11, 2018
Hilton Oak Lawn
9:00 a.m.: Medicare Plans
1:00 p.m.: Non-Medicare Plans

October 312019 Open Enrollment period closes. All forms must be postmarked by this date and mailed to CTPF Member Services office.
